this sink and basin are a lovely size and design and i really wanted it for our cloakroom. however the quality is shocking.I've had to send two back due to damage during delivery- after 3 weeks of trying to get one thats not broken I'm giving up and paying for the same item at our local plumb store for the extra £20- but at least i can see its not damaged before i leave the shop. if you order- please check straight away that everything is in place and the delivery team have handled it carefully.

I initially bought this sink and cabinet, and unfortunately it arrived with the edge of the cabinet broken on the side and broken hinges on the bottom. I contacted customer services. They said they will have it replaced. To me and my husband's wonderful surprise, the replacement arrived a day later! This was quite crucial for us because the plumber was only here for today and tomorrow and it would have meant that the plumber could have installed the broken one and my husband would just mend the cabinet when the replacement arrived. But no, it arrived in PERFECT TIME! It had so much bubble wrap a baby would have been perfectly cushioned inside the packaging. Thank you very much. We are very pleased. The unit arrived very well packed with the cupboard being fully assembled. It has a brilliant white, high gloss, finish and the door and sink can be switched to the side of your choice. The sink is ceramic, not resin, and the mixer tap and waste need to be purchased separately. I am delighted with the product which is excellent quality. It does look small but when installed looks very neat and tidy. The cupboard holds more than you would expect and domestos bottles are able to comfortably stand upright so all the unsightly items in a cloakroom are now hidden away. Customer service from the company was excellent. I messaged them with a query (during lockdown) and had an immediate response. I would definately recommend this product and the company.

I had bought an identical unit from another Amazon seller previously and that was superb, this one however was not.My builder said he thought it was second hand as the holes for the handle came right through making it impossible to hang the other way, with hinges on the left. There were also a few chips in the door, they were at the back top corner so I felt I would put up with that as they don't show when installed. It's just so hard to give this a positive review comparing it to my other unit which was perfect.

This is an excellent well made cabinet and sink that would look great in any bathroom. It is neat but with plenty of storage space and at a bargain price. I will certainly recommend to family and friends

Would have liked to give this more than two stars, the unit when in saleable condition is good value for money. However, I emptied the box to find broken bits of wood and sawdust!. The unit was barely hanging together, I have never received anything so badly destroyed in transit!!!. By the look of some of the holes in the cabinet walls and broken bits of wood they didn't look freshly made so I could only surmise that much of the damage was already there before transit, suggesting less than rigorous quality control. Very dissatisfied overall

Even though our sink was damaged I am still giving this product 5 stars for excellent customer service as a new sink was delivered the very next day. This company just needs to improve quality control but were very quick to resolve the issue we had. Nice quality and excellent for our very small utility room. Great value for money.
