Horrible product and service.
They sent me a defective product. The x-axis of ender 3 v2 was crooked and didn't move. Prints were horrible. There was an electrical leakage, it gave mild shock whenever I touched it. There was scratch marks all over the printer. I contacted the seller and they're saying we will call you from 3 days, and didn't call. I needed this printer urgently, so I repaired it in local shop which costs me more money. They don't even know anything about 3d printers, don't have a technical team. Buy this from WOL 3d. At least they have good customer service.

Definitely Recommend for a DYI person... Once it's set... its wonderful
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Amazing print quality even without any modifications and upgrades. Had to loosen up the bowden spring... It was breaking the sample filament (probably old).. The new filament is working perfectly....I had two failed prints due to filament being cut by the extruder.... Moisture in filament or old filament does that... Also the teeth on the gear is too sharp and flat... Some dual extruder have curved teeth... I've ordered it from Bangood (since the one with the curved teeth was not available on Amazon) .... But the new filaments are just fine...Also I should have listened to the advice from 3D printing gurus in You Tube and ordered the bed springs.... The ones that come with the machine are too thin... I ordered the springs from Amazon ... They reached me but they are of a poor quality with paints peeling offThe 3D prints sticks to the carborundum glass bed without any issues... In fact I had trouble taking it out... :).. The SD card did go corrupt... Lost my software... Recommended to copy it to your PC as soon as you get it....First successful print apart from the bed leveling print was a Washing machine modeled by my 9 year old son in Tinker Cad.The Cookie cutters for my wife (Teddy, Llama & Gingerbread Man) from thingiverse were amazing... The kids loved the octopus print...Now I can print "my stuff"... :)....

Can’t go wrong with this one
I was quite surprised by the quality of prints. Printer was easy to assemble and took about an hour. Although the delivery was delayed by 2 days (probably due to Covid), the printer was in perfect condition. I have used Ultimaker 2+ in the past and was initially skeptical about this printer but the first print cleared my doubts and print quality was comparable.

Good beginner product
Update: After a month------------------------------Very happy with the printer, after 4 spools. Changed the nozzle size with no issues and there is no change in the print quality!! (configuration needs to be changed for larger nozzles)- 0.4 mm for finer prints-0.6 and 0.8 mm for faster prints-1.0 mm for large prints******Got hooked to 3d printing after playing with a doodler and then decided to buy Ender 3 V2 after lots of analysis. Turned out to be a good buy. I basically use it to fabricate parts for my robotics and home automaton. I have setup wireless printing with Raspberry pi 3b+ / Octopi. My two cents below;Delivery time: as mentioned in the page, (i am on amazon prime)Packing: neat and well packed, all parts as supposed to be. (Typical Creality packing)Assembly: I would suggest checking couple of youtube videos on the assembly, there are plenty of them. Take your time to set it up, as this is the "most important part". It took me 2 hours to set it up.Test: Check everything 3/4 times, before using, the belt tension, wheels movement, and the axis movement has to be smooth.Bed Levelling: This has to be done manually, there are many youtube videos for this. Since this is a critical part of the installation, more time is required to ensure that the nozzle distance to the bed is properly adjusted.Bed adhesion: I had to struggle a bit to get this right, in my case this was related to the nozzle distance. I had to level the bed many times to get the right adhesion.Verdict: Good product and a happy customer!!!! remember there is a learning curve, I read some of the reviews/problems and this is mostly due to insufficient understanding or homework.

Need affordable accessories not overpriced accessories simp
Everything is good but printer need some addon accessories for getting good print likenauto bed level sensor bl touch v2 sensor but it cost you almost half of printer cost.. Original price ₹3500 we can get this below ₹7000 in India after shipping charges but here most of seller try to sell this for ₹12000 above which is very bad afor users using creality printers there is no way to buy accessories or no one can control the price. No professional ethics on fixing price..

Defective
The printer was defective. the floor alignment was not working. the filament was not getting correctly placed. Total waste of money. Had to rush for a trip and discovered on my return when i tried to assemble. could not return due to elapsed time and Amazon customer service was not helpful. Promised to call back in two days and never did. Had to junk the printer as it was occupying space. Recommend not to buy 3d printer online. Buy at shops and you may get installation which will ensure you have a working printer. Absolute waste of money

Read completely
Everything was good, silent motherboard, manual tension of the gear straps, cool UI.But the prints I got at were too sticky to bed at first and now they are not at all sticking and some times it seems sticked but after some time it get off the bed and messing whole thing many said it might be bed leveling issue. I leveled print bed many times then also it didn't work up well.Is it suggestable means ofcourse yes cause many don't have a problems I have with my printers. My extruder part also broken after some prints. it has to be replaced with aluminium one they provide with plastic one which breaks easily.Anyways a good product with bad shipping and some damages.I think Amazon also have to do what they are used to like packing the product box in their Amazon cardboard box so that it could get an extra protection for parts inside it.

Decent entry printer at the right price
Mind all, I did get this pro printer at $379 CAD hence the title. I will use my background to list the good, bad and ugly on this machine before I put my recommendation.Good:- decent price for the allowable print dimensions- prints comes out very good (a high 3) at stock (assuming you take the time to build and tune it properly, with some tools like a square, level and lithium grease. If you don't know what they are google them)- all items ( hardware and software) are open source and there are tons of YouTube videos from teaching tech, and others to show you what to do if you are stuck- delivery from amazon is fast, I mean really fast- a brand name power supply so you know you won't burn the house down- magnetic bed is a nice touch, I don't need to use a lot of force get the pieces off the print bed- it has the thermal runaway detection out of the box ( I have firmware 1.1.6.2). If you want to test, use a phone adapter to power the machine from the usb port so you don't burn down the house- easy to upgrade, there are so many 3rd party parts out there and it is open source. If you are a tinker or an engineer that have some background and don't mind the cost, you can upgrade this to become a beautiful machine.Bad:Cheap parts- the bolts are very cheap and I stripped the M4 bolt on the tensioning block. I need to wait out the COVID 19 before going to home Depot to replace it.- the plastic extruder is going to be gone in a month or some with my usage.- missing some common parts, you will need to go to thingiverse to download and print (i.e the bracket for the extruder so filament don't touch the vertical screw rod, the knot on the extruder...)- be very careful with the cable and make sure the yellow plug to the control board is very tight fit. If not send the machine back with the amount of power the machine use, it is a fire hazard.Ugly- use a level when you assembly the gantry!!! otherwise good luck with trying to print anything decent. It is common sense to most builder out there but I haven't seen a single YouTuber or manual mentioning this- the bed springs really really suck. Please spent some extra money to get the stiffer ones. Unless you want to tune your machine for every single or half a build. It is ashamed that creality can't spend an extra 50 cents more on each spring. The cost gets even lower when they buy en mass.- it is LOUD, heartbreaking LOUD due to the cheap stepper control board. They have a newer silent version out (with TMC2209 drivers ) but this is a board 3 versions behind even through the firmware is the latest- the printer quality gets affected with the cheap control board and the steppers vibranta the machine like crazy. The print could be a 4 or higher for a FDM machine once you have some upgrade, extruder, better spring and a decent control board. Will I recommend it to a begineer of 3D printing?Well It depends, if you have some mechanical engineering or machining background with some common sense and patience, it is a very good entry machine but still don't buy and wait for the V2 version coming out in July 2020. They give you the silent control board as far as their website said. Due to this I can't recommend this machine when I know a newer better version cost about the same is coming out.If you just want it to work out of the box as a toy or work related, HELL NO, go and buy anoyhwr brand like PRUSA instead, the extra cost is worth it.Finally, use your brain and don't think while listening to all the YouTubers that tells you to mod the machine right away. Understand the machine first before spending extras on stuff you don't need. They have pay support and/or getting free stuffs from companies to make a living. You and I don't and have a family to feed on top of buy addons to this machine. Also understand the system and your intent before make changes. It may make it worse if you don't know what you are doing. For example, I know what upgrades I needed (A raspberry Pi 4 with octoprint and an open source control board with better driver chips). That is because I have a mechanical engineering background concentrate on CNC machining and control, and I will be using this machine to test out new control algorithm I wrote.

Great little 3D printer. New hobby!
After lots of research, I landed on the Ender 3 Pro for my first 3D printer. It's very popular and I believe I have made a good choice. It came with a glass bed and this has meant I haven't had many adhesion issues that some suffer from.It comes partially assembled and you have to follow YouTube videos to build it. This can take a little time, and you have to be patient! And determined. You can print several upgrades for the printer once fully assembled, like clips, filament guide, a back cover for the motherboard etc. I would say it's worth doing all those little upgrades before you start printing in anger.

It’s good !
For what it is this printer is a bit of a bargain . I’m used to working with an ultimaker s5 and the print speeds and quality aren’t a million miles away printing with PLA Ok the interface isn’t brilliant but that doesn’t print does it , and there are upgrades you can do to make it a bit more techy if that’s your thing .On printing with ABS I’ve not had as much success compared to PLA to be honest but I’m sticking with it and I’m sure I’ll find the settings I need for that , most find PLA choice anyway so no big deal as yet for me.Overall a no brainier for the price , download cura as your splicer software and enjoy5 stars from me .

Glass bed upgrade sealed the deal
This is a great little printer and with the included glass bed it makes it well worth the money.

Great printer however comes with very old firmware
Please beware this is running Marlin version 0.0.6 and my other one I have had for a few weeks is running 1.1.6.2, this is very outdated firmware and does not include all the latest safety features like thermal runaway.apart from that a great printer, dont skimp out on the filament though, you get what you pay for!
