this works really well. im not strong enough to press down on certain parts of my own body to enjoy massages. this really glides onto your body and even if you apply a little bit of pressure it can give you that pain in your massage that you need. its not too big to hold, i have small hands, so i appreciated this alot. its great for if you want to massage yourself but cant get the right pressure and its great to do to other people as well. i bought one for me and my boyfriend and he loves it just as much. its almost as smooth as if someone was massaging you with oil, without the mess.

A friend let me use her's one day when I was having some leg pain and it really soothed the muscles in my leg. I liked it so much that I ordered one online... or at least I thought I ordered one. When the box came in the mail, I opened it up and was greeted by a box of 9 massage balls!!! Nowhere in the listing did it show that I was ordering a box of 9, but I'm not complaining! I'm just going to give these out to friends and family instead!

My husband is an over the road truck driver and sometimes his neck locks up on him. He uses this roller on his neck while driving down the road. He absolutely loves it. It’s very easy for him to grip but I tried it and didn’t think it was comfy at all and it’s hard to use if you have small hands and you’re bony like me.

I get migraines from the tension in my neck so I bought this and it is definitely helping to relieve some of that tension. My 7 year old also loves when I massage his shoulder and back with it

Product arrived with no packaging, rattling around in the box. See other reviews that speak of product being "dirty" which this one also was. It was supposed to be a gift. A waste of time and money.

Works great in all those areas that are hard to massage; tendons around the knee, the IT band, that funny spot in the middle of your calf...I LOVE this little thing. I have wanted one for years but never could bring myself to pay $20 for a little ball. Wish I had bought it sooner, it's worth it! There is a smaller, knock off version of this at Sports Authority, but it's not the same. It doesn't roll as smoothly and if you press to hard, it won't roll. Pay the extra few dollars and get this. It's great for after workouts and I've noticed a lot less soreness and quicker recovery of old injuries when I use it after runs.

Was disappointed. I bought it for my feet. It's not steady enough to set it on the floor. You have hold it with for hands & roll it over your feet. I can't do that, because of bad knees also.

Great price and these are amazing! I just came back for my second one after giving my first to a friend with cancer and told her I swear by it!I highly recommend!
