Goat's milk powder is the GOAT
I'm reviewing the goat milk powder which I have a been consuming for approximately 2 years.I have digestive issues and A1 casin protein doesn't help. A2 cow's milk isn't much better. Goat's Milk is 100% better for my inflammation and reduces the mucus production from milk consumption. I mix it in the blender and use it for protein powder shakes and add it to my proffee. (Coffee w/protein)I have been buying it here only when I'm in crunch. The last two 5lb bags I received have had issues with poor packing and handling by Amazon which they have refunded me for.Z Naturals is a quality company and have live customer service phone workers, No automation. 😊 and they informed of this reoccurring issue. I will order direct from now on.I still recommend the goat milk as well as all the powered dairy products I have tried so far are exceptional.I can help it I'll never drink cow's milk again.

Great coconut flavor & fragrance!
This is my second bag of Coconut Milk powder. I use it in coffee, smoothies, water for a creamy treat, baking and bathing. My skin, hair & fingernails love it! It’s a versatile product, easy to use, blends well, tastes great, and the price is a great value. The 16oz bag lasts me for months since it doesn’t take much to get the true coconut flavor & fragrance, plus the bag seals well so it stays fresh.

Good milk powder
I bought this because some recipes have milk powder in them. It works well and does what it is supposed to do. It is a good size and should last me a while, it's not used frequently. It seems to be a good value for money and I didn't notice any smell. That said, I have lost my sense of smell, so I am not a good one to rate on odors or smells.

If it smells like coconut, tastes like coconut and looks like coconut .... it must be coconut!
I was trying to find a replacement for Coffemate. While I enjoy Coffemate immensely, it still has casein in it which is a dairy product. I decided to try this powdered coconut as a creamer replacement. I love coconut flavor, and this filled the bill! It may take some time to adjust to the strong taste though if you are not used to coconut. I started transitioning by using half Coffemate and half coconut powder. My reason (albeit just a natural characteristic of coconut) is that it can be clumpy. I sifted the powder into another container to make it easier to stir into coffee.

Healthy milk!
I have always had lactose intolerance. The goat milk is a life saver. It is an obsession now. Heard that from others. Thought yea right! It is delicious n yes, have to have it. My drink of choice now.

Abit pricy perhaps but worth it, so far as a dairy substitute.
Although it tends to be lumpy when first added to a glass, it dissolves quickly in hot waterfor my sugar free version of 'cocoa'. Coconut and chocolate flavors mend grandly.I have not tried it as 'milk' yet.As the summer wears on, that is a goal.

cost effective but not great tasting
with higher milk prices I thought I'd finally give this a try. It includes a 60cc scoop that I measured on my mg scale and it was fairly accurate for the 28g serving size, but the powder is super fine and can be in clumps so I had to work at getting a full level-ish scoop without compacting to get that weight. I used my bullet-type blender with following results:Day 1- I used 8 ounces of warm water I had just distilled (package suggests warm) with a full scoop of milk powder, did not clump but the taste was ?gamey? I put in a couple ice cubes and better but still not good. Added smoothie mix and not much improvement in taste. The good part was the taste did not linger for a lengthy time.Day 2- Still using 8 ounces of my distilled water but this time cold from fridge, I eyeballed about half a scoop of milk powder and directly mixed with smoothie mix and did not clump in cold smoothie. Half scoop had no evident taste in smoothie as the full scoop did and no aftertaste. I did not try it alone this time but will report further with more use.So it should mix fine in blender with cold water, a definite plus. If you plan on drinking this I do recommend trying a smaller package, I thought my smoothie mixture would mask any off taste but unless yours is on the sweet side (my current one is kind of bland) you will likely taste the flavor of this goat milk powder at full serving size. It kind of stinks, and it tastes like it smells. It may be fine for baking, I have not tested that yet. As of right now I will likely not order again but I will not likely waste it either- maybe it will grow on me or find a better way to use it which I'll update. Bought to save money, eliminate spoiled milk and many trips to store, plus to have something more natural than my unsweetened coconut milk because I am not big on cow dairy outside of cheese. I do not think I could sell my hubby on this over his rather expensive grass-fed cow milk so I have 5# to suffer through on my own lol.
