Thin case with good drop protection
Fantastic case. Extremely thin and light while also protecting my phone very well. Even after multiple drops, the case has very little cosmetic damage and my phone hasn’t cracked. The case also looks high end with the carbon fiber.

Excellent customer service and fast reponse to resolve any issue or concern.
In today's increasingly competitive marketplace, the quality of customer service often dictates a brand's success and customer loyalty. While my recent experience with a particular product—a phone case—may have had its shortcomings, it is the exemplary service provided by the customer support team that has left a lasting impression on me.The issue I encountered with the phone case could very well be attributed to a manufacturing defect, an unfortunate possibility in any consumer product. However, rather than focusing solely on the flaw, I choose to emphasize the outstanding level of service I received from Benks' customer service team. The representatives displayed professionalism and a genuine commitment to resolving my concerns, which exceeded my expectations in every regard. From the moment I reached out to them, I felt assured that my issue was in capable hands. The representative, Manda, handled my case with remarkable expertise and understanding. She not only listened attentively to my concerns but also took proactive steps to address and rectify the problem. Manda’s approach exemplified a high standard of customer care, characterized by empathy, promptness, and effective communication. This experience has significantly influenced my perceptions of Benks as a brand. Despite the initial inconvenience with the product, the responsive and dedicated service I received serves as a reminder that the way a company handles challenges can reshape customer relationships. It is not merely the product itself that determines customer loyalty, but rather how a company responds to issues that arise. As I contemplate future purchases, it is clear that Benks will be my first choice when I next seek a case for my iPhone 16 PRO

The issue with super early releases…
I didn’t see any reviews for the 16 Pro Max version so here we go!I was deciding between Pitaka and Benks but ultimately went with Benks since it’s a bit cheaper and had a faster shipping time.Upon opening, the color is definitely darker than what the picture shows so beware of that if you’re expecting something vibrant. Putting the case on was simple but taking it off took a bit more effort than expected. Two issues: The first one is that the case’s depth seems ever-so-slightly bigger. When holding the iPhone by the exposed sides, I can almost wiggle the phone. This probably won’t affect everyday use nor do I think the phone will suddenly pop out, but something to be aware of. The other issue is that the actual weave on the back is also slightly crooked. When looking at the back, all the lines seem to slide up from left to right. Again, a very minor thing but another observation I made.Overall, I do believe this is the issue when phone case companies release a case based only on rumors and dummy models. While all these rumors are accurate 98% of the time, there is that 2% chance where they might’ve gotten something incorrectly, and I believe that very, very small spacing issue is a result of that. Even Pitaka, a very well-known case company, includes little padded stickers to be placed inside the case JUST IN CASE there is a spacing issue.Overall, it’s a nice-feeling and nice-looking case with the aramid fiber weaving and those two issues I listed probably won’t be noticeable to the average, everyday user. I do tend to be over-analytical with these things. 😄

Awesome case!
Most expensive case I’ve bought lol.. but definitely worth the money. Been a few months and looks brand new. Great procreation, with almost no bulk whatsoever.

Best case I've come across
I'm one of those people that dont write reviews unless they're bad. But when something is outstanding I should say so.Phone cases are a necessary evil. Phones are a work of art in their size and form, so I hate covering them with a hunk of plastic. This case is the least casey I've come across. Its like it's almost not there. I like the color design too.

Does not Protect Screen
This phone case does not protect your screen when you drop it, only the camera is protected. I’ve had both my phone and this case for about a month and my screen is already cracked from dropping it once.

Wireless charging crawls
It's a great case except for one thing - wireless charging is greatly inhibited. For me that was a deal-breaker and I returned it.
