This thing is fantastic and works way better than I had hoped but that being said, on my first use that burn looking thing appeared. I really hope that doesn't turn into a larger problem, otherwise its a very good product.

This device is perfect for business purposes also for home usage. It works perfectly although you need to experiment with it for a while to get the correct settings. Once you get the right heating it's simple as opening a bag. The device itself is very light making it portable. I was sceptical about a complete seal however this has proved me wrong and seals the package completely. Really useful as we buy lots of bulk food items and this sealer will definitely keep the food fresh for a longer period.

 I occasionally seal bags. Not often enough to pay for a heavy duty device. The price fits the bill.Pros-It works like a toaster. The dial is to set the time to switch off the heat.
