Q: Does this come with a lid? How do you kill the fire?

1) No lid. 2) Either learn just the right amount of fuel for the burn you need (measuring marks inside) or just let the fuel burn off...Maybe find a jar lid that would do the trick.

Q: Does this have a fiberglass wick in between the walls, like the Evernew?

It is not a fiberglass wick. It looks like a metal mesh wick. I have not tried the evernew so I cant compare them side by side. But it has a mesh wick that looks to be metal..... I was thinking the same thing. It appears to be an evernew clone

Q: how much fuel does it hold?

I used to pour about 30 ml of alcohol to boil 2 liters of water but it can hold twice that much (but keep in mind , it is very hard to put off an alcohol fire so dont overfill)

Yes, but you will also need a windscreen even if it is not windy to improve efficiency. The stove and rack are very good quality and ultra light, but without a windscreen, you will have to use a lot more fuel to boil 2 cups of water (3-4 fl oz w/o windscreen vs. 1.5 fl oz with windscreen)
