Tone Fitness Weighted Vest | 8lb or 12lb | Multiple Options

This vest is exactly what I wanted - the 8 lb. weight is perfect for a beginner like me, and I like the style of this vest (slip over the head) - I didn't see any other 8 lb. vests in this style. Also, unlike all of the other vests that I researched on Amazon, this vest does NOT smell in any way whatsoever and I didn't need to give any time at all to air out before I could wear it. The material seems very durable and the straps on the side allow me to easily tighten up or loosen the fit around my waist - all in all, a great product! (I also ordered the 12 lb vest and plan to graduate to it in a few weeks. It's a different style, but this vest has no odor whatsoever, unlike apparently the weighted vests from other vendors offering similar vests on Amazon.)

Love this vest. It is by far the most comfortable fit. I am 5'4" and 127lbs and the 8lbs was great for about a week, then it became too light. I just bought a 12-18lb vest to replace this one, but do not love it because the straps slip off. This is the best fitting weighted vest I have worn so far. Just wish they had the same fit in a heavier weight.

I am in my 70's, 5'3", 100 lbs. My doctor recommended a weighted vest to me for my hips to hopefully improve my bone density. I was overwhelmed when I started looking at them, comparing features, weight, pricing, etc. and decided that I would start with 8 lbs and a reasonably priced option. I am so happy I did. I wear it every day on my WalkingPad. I find the vest very comfortable, it adjusts so well with the side straps, even on someone as small as I am, there is no movement, barely realize I am wearing it after almost 1 month. I have had issues with my lower back/neck through the years but this has not triggered any issues for me. As far as some people saying they were bothered by a chemical smell, I have not found that to be the case at all. I won't know if I am achieving my goal for my bone density for a while but I am doing something to try that also enhances my overall workout and fitness.

I thought 8 lbs would be too light since I lift a lot of heavy weights at the gym, but it's great and very substantial! I use it while walking on my walking pad. The only complaints are that I wish the neck hole were a bit bigger, and the big bump can be a bit uncomfortable on the chest. That is remedied by either turning it and wearing it backwards, or wearing something thick under like a sweatshirt.

I love this vest so much! I got the 12 pound one. And at first, it seemed a bit heavy, but now I love walking with it. It feels like a hug! It’s very comfortable, and goes on even over a winter jacket. I love the ability to adjust the tightness. I wear mine as tight as possible because it feels so comforting. I walk at a pretty quick pace, I’m not a runner anymore. And I love knowing I’m getting stronger every time I wear it. I highly recommend it. I was already pretty fit, so I started with 12 pounds for about 3.5 miles each time.. If you’re a newbie to fitness, or walking, you might want to start with 8 pounds.

I just got this vest and am loving it. I hesitated to buy the 12 pounds one but the weight is evenly distributed and feels really good. It feels like a weighted blanket giving comfort to my back. I use it while doing housework and it helps my posture which is decreasing my back pain. I did go on a walk with it and it felt good. I did get more tired so I plan on limiting the time of my walks until I build up strength and endurance.

Works well for work out. Comfortable durable

This is not adjustable so if you are petite it’s going to slide back and all the weight will be mostly on the back. Found another style that adjusts at the sides and sits much better on my shoulders.
