Q: Hi I’ve bought this but the frankincense melts and goes through the mesh and puts out the tealight. What am I doing wrong?

I put baking foil in the mesh section & place the frankincense on top. Works (& smells) like a treat.

Hello, please contact seller Magic-Shop24. And please send us a photo and the type of incense. What happens to you is actually strange. I've only had something like this with almond resin, but it doesn't burn anything on the coal either. Just goes black.

Q: is the upright bar screwed into the base? can the whole thing be flat-packed?

There are 3 brass balls as feet and the one with the upright bar can be unscrewed, but I’m not going to take it apart right now. The dimensions are 11.5 cm high and approx 8cm diameter. I am happy with it, the quality is very good.

Q: Hi, will this be any good for oud wood chips? if not do you know of anything other than coal burners for that? thanks
