They work!
It takes will power and determination to quit tobacco even with this assist, because the other part of the fight is operant conditioning.

This work if you want to quit smoking cigarettes, or smoke less.
Works great ! as soon as I put a patch on I didn't feel the urge or need to smoke. I enjoy cigarettes very much and I have cigarettes right now . Infact I'm going to smoke one . Smoke a few in the morning couple at night. Use patch in-between sounds like success to me!?

unfortunately had a very bad reaction
For those for whom this product works, that’s awesome and keep at it. I wish I could say the same. For whatever reason, my body was NOT having it. I put the patch on in the morning and felt relatively fine until about 4 pm, after which I started feeling dizzy and nauseous, as well as having broke out into a cold sweat. I took the patch off and thought I’d try half the recommended dose the next day. Unfortunately, even after removing the patch, my symptoms kept amplifying as time went on, which was worrying. By late that night, I was so sick that I couldn’t even lay down without getting the full on spins. If I even gazed upward, such as just looking at myself in the mirror, my dizziness would accelerate and becomeprofoundly worse. By 3 am, I felt I had no choice but go to the ER. Suffice it to day, it was an absolutely miserable experience. I can’t say why this happened to me. And it’s obviously a rare reaction, but, if I wanted to post this so that should this happen to anyone else, this’ll hopefully be informative and maybe even prevent panic (as in, you’re not alone). But yeah, no more patches for me. Ever.

Good source of nicotine.
Great source of nicotine. Kind dirty with all added chemicals. That's why only 4 stars.

Better than RiteAid patches in every way!
The only other nicotine patches I've used have been the Rite Aid ones and I've gotta say, I'm pretty upset i didn't find these earlier. From the price I assumed these would be worse, but the Rite Aid ones were starting to really irritate my skin so I decided to look for another option. Comparing the two:Price: These are 20 dollars for 30 patches, RiteAid are 27 dollars for 14 patches.Packaging: Although these carry over twice as much, they come in a smaller box. The individual patch wrappings are also far thinner and can be opened without scissors, as opposed to Rite Aid. Also, I really like that unlike RiteAid ones, which discourage cutting them in half because the nicotine apparently isn't distributed evenly throughout the patch (likely just a lie to ensure people continue paying the same amount for steps 2 and 3), this one actually is perforated down the middle to make cutting them in half easy.Comfort: These are far more comfortable, far smaller, far less conspicuous, and stay on far better. Also, the RiteAid ones started to give me a rash after a few days.Craving control: I've personally found these more effective at controlling my cravings, although that may just be due to my cravings naturally lessening over time since i started using these after the RiteAid ones. While using the RiteAid ones I was able to cut down from 10-15 a day to 4-6 cigarettes a day. Using these I've come down to one cigarette a week! After smoking for over a decade, i never thought I'd be able to cut down to that extent. Really grateful for these.

So far so good…
I did not want to write a review until I used them for a couple weeks, just to make sure I wasn’t excited over nothing. But I didn’t want to wait any longer, as I want to answer the questions I was looking for when reading through countless reviews to find a reasonably priced patch that actually works…I initially was getting patches through my doctor. But the ones the insurance company gave me were big brown, bandaid looking stickers. They irritated my skin (red and very itchy,) and were shot as soon as they got wet. And still pretty expensive. I figured I would try these, after reading many reviews and comparing prices. I was happy to see the packaging was great, and the manufacturer date was within a month of purchase! Expiration date is 3 yearsish. They were much easier to open, and small. It just looks like a clear bandaid, with no writing advertising your business of quitting smoking on your arm. They also did not irritate my skin. I have showered with them and they stayed intact for the most part. The time it didn’t was when I tested one I had on my arm for almost the time limit, and even then just the edges were not adhered. I’ve worked out in them just fine. I don’t even remember they are on until it’s time to change. Honestly, for the price, if once in a while you need two a day it’s still worth it. They seem to work really quick too. Mind you, they are not magic. I am still fighting the oral fixation urges. But I am not missing the nicotine rush. With the price being so reasonable, compared to name brands, I would highly recommend. Everyone seems to react differently to these products, but this is my honest review—I was not paid to write this. Hopefully I covered everything you were wondering. Good luck, I hope your experience is equally as beneficial On your journey.

Patches are dividable by half for stepping down
The patches are actually dividable by half, which will be very convenient. I don’t find them to be as strong as the ones I was given when in the hospital though. And if you smoke a pack a day you need to wear two patches instead of just one, so I’m not sure how much of a bargain this really is.

They work. Maybe too good.
These definitely have nicotine. I bought the 14 mg and tore in half at the scored line. I wanted to see if half would work before trying a full patch. It did eliminate the cravings for the most part and I took off at bedtime because I was feeling a little hyped up. Didn’t sleep a wink all night. lol. Not for me but they definitely have nicotine.
